Rather than starting with the initial goal and then just playing it by ear, we like to reverse engineer our clients results.

Instead of trying to fit everyone into the typical "8-12 week transformation model", we prefer to look longer term and to make the transformation journey completely custom. 

Why do we do this?

Well, you would be astonished how many potential clients we have met who have successfully lost significant amounts of body fat on previous occasions, only to end up putting it all back on or more!

Thats still further than most people get, as many struggle to even experience an initial shift in the right direction.

The things is, each prospective client that approaches us suffers from the same two issues:

Our coaching process ensures that you not only get the results you only dreamed about until this point, but that you own a mind and body that you can happily maintain without going back to square 1.

The 5 Stages of YOUR COACHING JOURNEY include:

PREPARE helps you set a strong foundation for the transformation ahead. Whether that's nutritionally, in the gym or both. We focus on simple baseline nutrition and lifestyle habits, along with basic movement pattering in the gym.

We get the opportunity to LEARN about your current habits and preferences, better UNDERSTAND your strengths and weaknesses, and you will get the opportunity to FAMILIARISE yourself with the coaching process.

TRANSFORM is a very focused phase requiring strong communication, along with ongoing data & progress tracking. The goal is to achieve results as FAST and EFFICIENTLY as possible. Our focus is to build a plan that works around your lifestyle, goals and preferences and not to force you into ONE (restrictive) WAY of doing things.

This is about putting YOU in the driver's seat, with us acting as your on board navigator, with the ability to take the steering wheel, hit the breaks, or accelerate, when needed!

SOLIDIFY is about re-energising and re-balancing your body after a focused fat loss phase. This phase is CRUCIAL (usually the missing piece) for long term sustainable results.

We gradually increase calories while allowing you to physically & psychologically adjust to your new weight/shape and setting a plan of action for the next phase.

OPTIMISE is also a focused phase. Though the goal is not fat loss. We're looking to optimise health, performance and/or strength indicators.

While nutritional intake & lifestyle management is important - the main emphasis is managing training output, progress & recovery. Usually, a second diet phase would come after this to show off the gains / progress made!

REWARD is ultimately where you want to be most of the time. Balance is not about dieting or looking to "optimise" performance ALL of the time.

This is the "sustainable" part you've been searching for, where you can THRIVE and live your best life! All the habits needed for staying healthy, training consistently & eating well are autonomous. You now have all the tools needed to balance work and family life without sacrificing your body or health ever again!

With all of this in mind, the next question is…
